My research interests lie largely in number theory, especially arithmetic geometry and the Langlands program. I’m particularly drawn to p-adic and global Galois representations and to arithmetic local-to-global principles, where number theory, algebraic geometry, representation theory, and analysis intersect in beautiful ways.
Outside of mathematics, I enjoy writing fiction and philosophy, over-sharing elliptic curves, finite fields, p-adic numbers, and number theory with unsuspecting family and friends, playing 1|0 chess (or possibly 3|2), and pursuing independent cryptographic projects.
